ICVoluntários-Brazil_Associates An unlimited number of associated members, divided into the following categories, constitutes ICVoluntários-Brazil: 

(a) Founding Associate(s): individuals participating in the association foundation Meeting; 

(b) Effective Associate(s): individuals without legal impediment, participating directly in the projects developed by ICVoluntários-Brazil, who had completed the registration form in the website or headquarter of ICV-Brazil and/or contributing to the annual amount determined upon the General Meeting; to wit R$ 50.00 Brazilian reais. 

(c) Cooperating Associate(s): individuals or legal entities, without legal impediment, contributing to ICVoluntários-Brazil with financial amounts, and others, identifying with the association's objectives, and who had completed the registration form in the website or headquarter of ICV-Brazil; 

(d) Beneficiary Associate(s): those contracting or using services form ICVoluntários-Brazil, who had completed the registration form in the website or headquarter of ICV-Brazil; 

The associate(s) is(are) entitled to: 

(a) publicly present themselves as associates; 

(b) participating in all associated activities; 

(c) having access to all information pertaining to the association; 

(d) managing disciplinary ethical procedures in face of another associate or member of any nature; 

(e) proposing the creation of work groups and commissions, as well as participating in such, whenever assigned to those positions; 

(f) presenting action proposals, programs, and projects to ICVoluntários-Brazil. 

The associate(s) is(are) deemed responsible for: 

(a) respecting and complying with the Bylaws of ICVoluntários-Brazil, the regulatory provisions and deliberations of the BOARD OF DIRECTORS and the General Meeting; 

(b) attending the General Meetings whenever called, as well as participating in the assigned groups, acting to promote activities sponsored by the association; 

(c) completing the registration form and communicating the institution in writing on changes to their place of residence; 

(d) integrating the commissions to which they are assigned, carefully complying with and making an effort to follow the received orders and assumed responsibilities; 

(e) cooperating to the accomplishment of works and objectives of the Association and presenting the administrative agencies with any noted irregularity; 

(f) cooperating to the development and enhancement of ICVoluntários-Brazil public recognition, outspreading its objectives and activities.
