ICVolunteers-Brazil is a non-profit organization specialized in communications, with initiatives in the field Socioenvironment, CyberVolunteerism, Languages, and the support of events for the promotion of knowledge, such as conferences, congresses and others. In November 2007, Converdgencia accepted the invitation of the International Federation of ICVolunteers to implant its organization in Rio de Janeiro, by means of a Brazilian ICV Desk. Since then, a sold partnership has been fostered. This proposal matured and in April 2008, through a Extraordinary General Assembly of Converdgencia, the two organizations merged.
